Why is there a waitlist?
We are experiencing high demand for the app, and our goal is for every operator's experience to be seamless. As we bring more arcades online, we're letting new operators in on a rolling basis to collect feedback and adjust before a wider release. The sooner you join, the earlier you will be able to deploy Player Connect at your locations.
What is the White-Label Experience?
Player Connect is designed to promote your brand and venues through customizable fields that make the experience unique for each operator. White Labeling means that while Player Connect is the official service provided by Amusement Connect, your version of the app will be branded with your own company logos and descriptions, keeping the experience immersive for your customers.
Is Player Connect compatible with my SmartMech™ card system?
While compatibility with all existing Amusement Connect card systems is a planned feature, currently only games equipped with MobileMech and/or SliderMech are supported.
Can you still pay for games without using the app?
Yes, you are still able to use cash, coin, or credit payments on games without using Player Connect similarly to how MobileMech works today.
What do I need to deploy the Player Connect app?
All it takes is an active location with Amusement Connect that has at least one MobileMech-equipped game machine. If you don't have any MobileMech devices, you can purchase them at our online store.
